Do you need to go through customs and immigration, or can just drive through freely to Seattle?Originally posted by Coquitlam:Cool...nice pics...though I'm staying in Vancouver, I would drive down to Seattle to shop frequently...SouthCentre Mall...ring a bell...
Will show you my own pics soon...if you welcome it ie
Thanks! I'm using a rather dated Canon PowerShot A80, and I'd like to think the photographer is doing his share to capture the images in the most ideal manner.Originally posted by littlestream:Wow!!!...........MG................

I'm back in Seattle now. Unfortunately, Vancouver was a bit of a bust because we were only spending two days there and didn't know enough about the area to know which sites to visit. Consequently, we spent most of our time there hanging around the Asian district of Richmond. We did have good food, though, and the food courts in the various malls there were very reminiscent of those in Singapore. Even had Hainanese chicken rice at a "stall" run by an ex-Singaporean.Originally posted by littlestream:Wow!!!! MG.........your pics made me missed Vancouver!!!! Oh, the mountains!!!!
Noticed you were at Granville. Nice market there isn't it?
And I think that's the Simon Fraser river?
Trust you are having fun and weather is co-operating!!! Keep your pics and journal coming, MG!!!
Thanks.
So... are you going to be my future neighbour ?Originally posted by Meia Gisborn:Today is our last full day in Seattle; we'll be heading back to MN at around noon tomorrow. Not exactly looking forward to that, as I've really, really fallen in love with the Puget Sound area, despite the traffic congestion.
More images soon....
