school has been stressful lately. preparing for the culinary salon compy in toronto next weekend. alot of prep to do now with my team. -

One of the program in Fairchild, titled Leisure Talk, I saw this pastry chef, right? He was a graduate from George Brown and became very successful. Won many medals. Oh, but you are not into dessert hor?

It's been a struggle, but I think spring has arrived, and early to boot. It's been in the 40s the past few days, and the "warm" weather is expected to continue for the next week at least.
I should qualify this by stating that, this being Minnesota, it is entirely possible that we'll be hit with a major snowstorm before the conclusion of winter. After you've lived here for several years, you learn to expect the unexpected insofar as the weather is concerned.

all the speculation about a last snowfall seem distant eh? it was beautiful yesterday. but we did more home improvement instead of going outdoors door. you know how the harsh winter cracks the door frame?
we went to the flea market to get a new frame and installed it yesterday. and hubby painted the back door. nice job!
anyways, the tulip shoots are definitely sprouting. looking forward to have them as centrepiece on my dining table. -
Yup, it looks like spring is finally here. The highs the past few days have been in the 60s and 70s, and I can hear my neighbours' air condtioners running.
Best of all, the trees and plants have all started to bud!
