do we have to go back s'pore to vote if election this yr?

  heard from fren that most likely election this yr... march??
  though my ward always walked over.... but then if this year no walked over, do i hv to go back n vote? what happens if i dont go back?
  any 'experienced' ones can kindly advise me? kam siah.....
