  When it rains.. it doesn't rain like in singapore (which strangely, is something i miss). When it rains here.. it's really annoying cause it gets cold and dreary. Not only that.. There is a severe lack of anti-rain infrastructure e.g. sheltered walkways, covered parking lots.. etc etc etc..
