Lucky you. But we are having a good week, this week. Today was a high of plus 8. Felt like Spring. The skunks mistook it for Spring and is coming out of hibernation. Saw one hiding underneath my car one night. Hubby and I play "detectives" that night. Felt funny and I'm sure it looks strange to our neighbours.Originally posted by jetta:Good thing winters here are mild. Still new here so don't really know what there is to do. So far we've been working on the yard, working on getting the house organised after the move, trying out new restaurants, getting to know the immediate area, going bowling, shopping, etc.
Sooner or later when we're more settled, we're going to make day trips.
Thank you. I'm not sure where you're at though. East Coast? Even though the climate here is mild, I'd rather be in Hawaii.Originally posted by littlestream:Lucky you.
