oh yes there's a chinatown here, but its jz a small street..... not like the london one.... if u come here the city area got pubs and a quayside which u can walk along... but nothing much fantastic abt the city, u wan more stuff gonna travel out and u can go places like the haydrian's wall for sightseeing... and when u come here be ready for those folks speaking in geordie...Originally posted by sacredspirits:oic.... plus the exams for those who r studying, i guess.....

the Art of cooking perfect instant noodles:
dump in the seasoning packets first, and when the water is boiling fiercely, dump in the noodles, and TURN OFF the heat immediately ! ...
by the time it's cool enough to eat, the noodles will be just nice and springy .... not limp and overly soggy .... shiok ! ...

Well, it was a Makan month, what can I say. Noticed my new year resolution thread?
I wasn't joking. 
I mean I did not gain disgustingly but I should shed those extra loads. Got to do a speedy gonzales as I am participating in a singing contest and the auditions is on Jan 14. One of the judges is Joe Junior but I guess you won't know who he is. 
Today is Day 1 back in the office. Nicely paced so very comfortable. School is still out and the kids return to school next week so perhaps that's why everything is still nice. Traffic and workload.
I guess engine got to get cranking come next week.
Hey, we've been getting Spring-like temp/weather but a day or two here and there that were brutally cold. And you? I like those snowy pics. Went skiing yet? My friends are arranging one but I doubt I'll try. I'll probably look like a penguin. Maybe tubing. -
Alamak............this MG is still at it.......I mean the chicken rice. Aiyah, come here lah. We take you to the stores to stock up.
That Chinatown pratas have been available in TO for a few years liao. Very thin, no oil needed. Very yummy. I think a pack costs like C$2.99 or C$1.99. -

my poly and army 6-pack is just a memory now ... spent too much time in the labs liao ... this term going to start seriously working out again ....

Huh? No need jacket today? Oh, we are the reverse. We are in sub degree today. I did bundle up as with the windchill, it was to feel like minus 18. But next few days will be nice. And next week forecast is single digit on the plus side.
