not from the food. from sleeping too much!Originally posted by littlestream:Hello people..........how was your Christmas holidays? Was Santa being nice?
Any "damage" on the waistline from your Christmas indulgence?
Hee hee..............but sleep is good. I need sleep but I'm at this age where if I sleep too much, I find it a waste. At my golden age, I like to have more waking hours to do things. But when I was in my teens and young adulthood? Oh, that was a different story.Originally posted by HENG@:not from the food. from sleeping too much!
Christmas was relatively quiet. Went to a friend's house for dinner with his family, then hung around and watched the movie 'Top Secret!' for the umpteenth time. Still funnier than hell, though!Originally posted by littlestream:Hello people..........how was your Christmas holidays? Was Santa being nice?

Yah, no kidding, man! It seems (to me, at least) that the older one gets, the faster time seems to go by. 'Long' weekends no longer seem that long, and you often find yourself wondering just what the heck you did the previous day.Originally posted by littlestream:Hee hee..............but sleep is good. But you folks got snow? Nice to see but not nice to drive in such conditions. I went up north to a friend's and the neighbourhood when she lives? The snow atop the trees were like cotton wool. So beautiful. If only I had the camera with me that night.
