Okie ... here's a topic for folks who have returned to Singapore ....
Do you experience "reverse culture shock" when you return to singapore after a long period of time overseas ? .... how was the adjustment ? .... do you miss where you were before ? ....

one of them was the way people drive here and in melbourne 10 years ago...
i came back to singapore and found singapore drivers resemble lunatics
but i think i slowly succumbed to the lunacy in the past 10 years -
No need to adjust, everything fits in naturally.

Yea I did experience reverse culture shock!
People not so friendly. They don't make eye contact wif u & smile... they just ignore u or look away so no need to make conversation.
waiting for MRT is the worse thing... people push and shove their way into the carriages, without waiting for people who are alighting to get off safely first!

The reason you don't see people pushing and shoving to get into the trains in Oz is coz cars are cheap. -
