There a little town called International Falls up in northern Minnesota that regularly sets records for having the coldest winter temperatures in the US. Here in the Twin Cities, we've had winters in which the still air temperatures have not risen above 0ºF (that's Farenheit for all you metric lovers out there!) for weeks on end.
