the one i cant seem to find much is Maggi Instant Noodles... -

those chaps who've been to thailand would remember the ubiquitous fried chicken legs at roadside stalls eh .,... that's actually Isan (north-eastern thailand) cuisine ....
and i've got the recipe here ! ...
the secret is in the marinate: Fish Sauce ...
it's very very simple ... marinate the chicken legs (thighs and drumstick) in generous squirts of fish sauce .... soak them for at least half an hour ..... or better yet ... I put them in ziplock baggies and throw them in the fridge for a few hours for the juices to soak in ......
then deep fry them on medium heat ...
KFC will never satisfy you ever again ...... -
