Bratwurst und Sauerkraut
Butter Fried Mushrooms Pasta Alfredo
Mediterranean Pasta Alfredo
(too much sauce, not enuf pasta. pls forgive... )
A couple of random fish dishes...
Pan Grilled Butterherb Cod with Orange Sauce & Grilled Mushrooms & Peppers
(Once again, too much sauce. My common mistake )
Some random Pan-fried codfish with Mussels with Rouille Sauce, Fried Mushrooms & Peppers.
(Mussels look drowned in sauce...)
And finally, last but not least...
Bouillabaisse!!!
(Looks nothing like what u'd find in Provence unfortunately. Can only say the Rouille is authentic. Bought from Monoprix in Marseille )
And thats all. I made butterherb grilled pork chops for dinner just now. as u can see butterherb grilling is prob my fav way of cooking. Im just an amatuer at cooking so they dun look very good unfortunately. -
