Got nightmares now can't sleep...

  Sian... I sleep 1 hour before suddenly wake up coz of this nightmare... I tried to go to sleep but she shows up everytime I close my eyes... Now totally cannot sleep...
  
  This is partly my fault... I've been playing silent hill recently...

  haha oh man, i nvr reli liked playing such games cuz it freaks me, esp if m playing alone.. aha i suggest u ve a cup of water, read a comic or wad for 10-15 mins, den try to slp...

  You are doing the right thing... cannot sleep, don't sleep. Just make sure you force yourself to wake up early in the morning and do not sleep in the afternoon... tomorrow you want to stay awake, you cannot.
