There are three lanes. I was driving at the second lane. It is well into midnight at this time. As I wanted to go to the petrol kiosk I filtered right to the first lane to make a u turn (still around 100m away to the u turn point).
The car behind have been using high beam on me for quite some time probably because he is unhappy with me, I swear I didn't offend him in any way nor is my car the 'ah beng' type, I don't know why nor do I bother. After a few seconds WELL on the first lane, the car behind banged into mine. It isn't very major, not is it very minor. That driver came down hurling vulgarities while we waited for the police and tp to come down.
What I'm worried is, his front right banged into my rear left. Is this considered rear-end? I'm told by many I will win 100% but there are also many that say it's 50-50, I'm very confused about all these.
Furthermore this car is rented, they went ahead with their workshop & insurance. After all, what do they have to lose? Either me or the other party will be paying, I'm afraid they will demand a lot more than reasonable.
Need some advice, thanks!
