Was on a taxi just now and then this OPC (with red licence plate) just dash into our lane to make a left turn into the car park, causing the taxi driver to make an e-brake. Luckily I have my safety belt on.
I have seen many OPCs on the road during the peak hours, like after 7.30am and before 7pm.
What is the enforcement to make sure they have paid the fee for the day? How to check or report them on our part?
Any drivers have problems with these OPCs - I have seen many recently and they are all over the roads, but not sure if there is enforcement. It is especially so during lunch time at the West area.
from what i understand, as long as you dun drive under any gantries they wont find out! haha
If one is not caught.....
there won't be any offences......

Fyi, FI, cars have wheels and they move around. It just happened I was in the west.
Trust you to ask these questions to dispositize pple from their original intention, as usual, a bit cultivated without checks in place, just like the pap.
