J eyes! HELP!

  Hello forum, need help here. I made a right turn at this junction at yishun avenue 1 linking to sembawang rd. I'm unsure if i beat the red light, i was the last car in the queue, when i was turning half way, the opposite traffic light turned green. Got horned. HELP!! will i get a summon or something? Was raining heavily and i dazed for a moment. OMG.

  There's no red light camera, speed camera, did not see any flashes while turning. However there is one J-eye. I'm not sure how the J-eye work, still new at driving. Will i be caught by the J-eye? Help pls!
