Since the practical test enforces keep-left rule, should I always drive into a bus lane where there is a dashed yellow line and drvie out where it becomes a solid yellow line during the restricted time?
Likewise, sometimes there are parking lots on the outermost lane, if there isn't cars parking in the lane, should I drive into the lane?
Thanks in advance.
Drive on the centre lane is the most optimal option.
If you want to turn left/ right, you only need to filter one lane.

No it wouldn't make sense if you're going straight but still go over the dashed yellow line for that small strach of road just because of the keep-left rule.
Why don't you ask your instructor.
