I'm currently learning driving but having problem with small slopes at traffic light. Usually, for these slopes just half-clutch will prevent the car from rolling backward and I can move forward already. However, my instructor teaches me to release to half-clutch first before releasing the brakes. Problem is, when the car is on brake, I have no idea where is the half-clutch point cos the car engine vibrates randomly even when idling.
So I dunno whether the engine noise is due to me reaching half-clutch point or some random idling noise.
Any idea how to feel for the biting point when the car is stationary without looking at the tachy?
Thanks!
easy wat. don release the break, but half clutch it first, roughly feel the biting point,u need nt release till actual biting point, jus roughly around there and jus move on,i always do that when i encounter a slop.or u can press hard
Hand-Brake on, Clutch in, Slowly clutch out and press on Gas, Once you see your front bonet lift up, bring down hand brake and press more gas and clutch out more.
Look at your bonnet, It will lift up, Thats when you bring down your hand-brake and press more gas.
