  Yes, people are still buying cars. You see new cars with "SKA" plates are usually luxury cars.. You will see a few rare japanese/korean cars..

  Wow the super rich dun bother about COE huh? The average joe like myself can't even afford a second-hand car! Have to buy third or fourth hand car....Hahaha!

  It's the PAP milking the COE cow.

   

  They realised that times are bad, the COE prices dropped to around $10,000, so they reduced quantity of COE to drive up prices.

   

  Thanks to their smart tweaking of the system, COE prices have gone up to $60,000.

   

  Long live the smart PAP.

  Is the COE really an effective policy? To the super rich it makes no difference right? We still have road tax, ERP, parking etc.
