1)Yes, 91,800 is the car price you are going to pay, excluding the transfer fees and admins fee you got to pay to LTA for the transfer of the car ownership. (this information you can get from LTA website).
2) COE of $15,000 is already included in the car price, so you do not have to pay additional. (listed so you can know how much rebates you can get back if you scrap your car)
3)The COE value stated is the value which was obtained at the point of vehicle registration. The higher the COE value, the more COE rebate you are able to get back from LTA at the point when you scrap your car at <10 years. (you do not need to pay for this, listed for your information only)
4) OMV price is basically just the open market value of the car, at the end of 10 years. The higher your OMV, the higher selling price you can get for your used car when selling to end consumers / dealers. (listed for reference)
Finally, the price you have to pay is only $91,800 + transfer fees and admin fees, which should add up to around max $94,000 or $95,000. Agent fees is only applicable if you buy a used vehicle from a car dealer. In your case, you are buying direct from the owner.
Hope this helps.....
thanks a lot p228.
