SINGAPORE: Book lovers in Asia can now look forward to a new e-bookstore.
More than 300,000 titles are on offer at ilovebooks.com, a MediaCorp digital initiative.
The online store offers books in 50 categories for download.
It's the first Singapore bookstore to sell e-books internationally.
MediaCorp's managing director for convergent media, Philip Koh, hopes it can promote a love for reading.
Mr
Koh said: "We're hoping to actually bring books back in front of people
because a lot of them are actually using handheld devices, their tablet
devices for other purposes. So we'll like to bring the books back into
their hands."

i won't buy their books because they everything also censor... no support!
they won't make it...
they're going to compete with Amazon.. Barnes & Noble... Wattpad for free.. and shitloads of free-for-download books...
and a thriving world out there for trade of downloaded little e-books...
