creatine i got but the tribulus thingy i getting later cos no $$$$$....next shopping will get which is 1 mth later.

and my body dun react well with creatine i guess....
i also taking arginine and NOx for a try. cutting down on NOx by 1/2 unless its training day, felt weaker, might be due to lack of sleep or its just placebo effect playing on me.
getting back glutamine to ensure i recover faster so i can still study...else jialat....heh.
