RSS Courageous Collision - Govt Suit Dutch Ship's Owner

  Another classic case of Govt doing another wayang show again and spending taxpayer $ unnecessary again.
  
  Singapore Court has shown that RSS courageous is in the wrong and 2 officers are fined. The officers had appealed but it was dismissed.
  
  Since RSS courageous is in the wrong, what the F is the Govt trying to proof by suing the Dutch ship's for damage on RSS courageous?
  
  Dont F around with Spore govt, u damn ah moh? Or blindly support for the wrong doers(RSS courageous)? Spore are NEVER wrong?
