After jogging sometimes I tend to feel a little giddy/slight headache. I usually feel thirsty so I drink water, but after wards I feel like vomitting the fluid out. I think that some of my practices are incorrect. Can anyone advise?

drink plenty of water b4 n after a jog just don't eat yr dinner b4 a jog, u will regret it

If you have problems drinking large amounts of water, take small sips.
Drink up about 45 minutes before jogging. Then there will be enough time to urinate out enough water so that you won't feel bloated during jogging. Try eating a piece of dry biscuit before drinking - it helps your body to absorb water.
Right after jogging, don't gulp down cold water. The sudden temperature drop can make you feel dizzy. Instead, drink water at room temperature.
