What a wretched day... Lost my wallet T_T

Was waiting for my classmates at Yio Chu Kang MRT station today morning. As usual, I was early. My legs were kinda tired, so I found a spot at the front of the MRT station and sat down. Took my wallet out and placed it on my slingbag as it was uncomfortable sitting on a bulge. When my classmates arrived, I stood up and my wallet dropped to the floor. Didn't notice it =(
5 mins later, I realised that my wallet was missing and I rushed back to where I was sitting, but my wallet was gone. Feel damn upset over it 'cos I lost all my cards and $45 cash. Moreover, that TOUGH wallet that I was using was bought overseas and cannot be found in Singapore.
If you were the one who found my wallet, would you:
1. Hand it over to the MRT Passenger Service,
2. Hand it over to a nearby police station, or
3. Keep it for yourself? -

True, that's what most people would do. Don't really mind if they take the money, but I'd appreciate it if they returned me the wallet with my cards. The darned tertiary eZ-Link card costs $21 to replace. TransitLink is a bloodsucker!

lol i had lost 2 wallets so far liao...one wallet is i lost 2 times...1st time got a lady good heart return to MRT station...but 2nd time gone liao...stupid....lost my army IC some more...ya lo take $$ can liao ma y must throw away my cards...stupid...

Hmmm when i pick up a wallet...best if i find any contact number and identity of the owner...... or then i will hang around for a while see if someone come back for it....if not then pass to the station control -
Got my tertiary eZ-Link card. If they give it to any police station, I'll be able to get it back 'cos the eZ-Link card has my IC number. With the IC number the police can retrieve my address.

I lost my wallet 5 times....eveytime comeback to me...sometime cash gone but cards all intact....now upgrade new wallet...do u want my old wallet? Its a special boo-merang wallet....come back when lost.

Lost wallet before, so know the pain of losing it..
I ever dropped my IC at mrt station and then minutes later, heard my name over their PA system
That IC cost $100..if lost again will have to pay $300 or so..lucky i din board the train..if that i would have missed that call.. -
Glad to know of someone like you. Unfortunately, I doubt I'd ever see my wallet ever again T_T I did return a wallet to others before, but I guess I'm not blessed with such fortune.

find a new wallet and quickly replace your tertiary cards lor.... -
Yeah gonna replace my cards tomorrow. Guess I won't be getting a new wallet so soon... Wanna wait for few days, maybe a kind soul would return it =D

i lost my ezlink b4 & after i made a police report, my poly called me saying it was found & asked me to collect it. maybe your wallet might find its way to ur sch if u r lucky.
