  As above, this is not the typical iPod versus Zen MP3 thread.
  
  Which MP3 player are you using now? What functions does it have and what do you like about it?
  
  If you're going to buy a new MP3 player, which model would you like to own? And why?

  For me, I don't own any MP3 player at the moment. Sold off my 3G iPod and 1G iPod mini some time ago.
  
  I admire Creative players' functions, but I find the Zen Micro rather ugly. I would like to see the iPod having changeable batteries like the Zen Micro though.
  
  iRiver is worth considering too, but it's kinda expensive. Saw the Samsung players at the IT Fair 2005, but not really interested in them.
  
  I'm waiting for the 2G iPod mini's price to drop before I purchase it. But before that, my options are still open. How 'bout you?

  i'm using the iPod mini 4GB thing coz singnet gave it to me when i signed up
  
  i like it coz, frankly, the click-wheel is fun
  
  when i get a car, i think i'll go get a 3rd-party charger/FM transmitter thing so that i can use it with my car

  i did... a 512MB iRiver...
  
  gave it to my sister who liked it better than the iPod coz of the ease of use, the direct encoding, recorder and the radio

  easy as pie.. a little joystick thing, and a couple of buttons.. intuitive actually... so pretty good

  well, I think the desing of Zen micro is nice. I suppose design wise is really up to the individual But the functions of the zen micro exceeds those of the Ipod mini.

  I don't like the Zen Micro's material... It looks like paint on plastic, if you know what I mean... Other than that, I like the idea of changeable batteries.

  Yah...Its made of Hard Plastic rather than aluminium or magnesium casing... tts the downside...

  Yup. I remember seeing a thread in SGForums 'bout someone who BROKE his friend's Zen Micro. I was wondering how he actually broke it.

  There's a new Japanese brand called Komodo or something. They copied the iPod shuffle and released a similar-looking player, called the Super Shuffle or something.
