There's a monthly plan for GPRS if I'm not wrong, from what my friend said. It's about 1.04 cents/kb, and if you're not using the plan as described above, juZ pay for what you use. No usage, no charges. -

I've got an iPod for my songs
I use my phone's Music player only when my iPod's battery runs out, so I don't really store a lot of songs on my phone. -
