Symbian Phones - Welcome

  Welcome to this forum.
  
  I created this forum because I tried searching for a Symbian forum but it doesn't exist as yet. Do feel free to share information on Symbian Phones, softwares, and even accessories like MMC.
  
  I've expanded this forum to include electronic peripherals. Do share any information on the latest games, gaming consoles, or any other electronic-related stuff!

  Anyway most softwares do not contain viruses as yet, only a few do. We can share information on viruses as well...
  
  There's a bluetooth virus called Caribe.sis or something. It causes your phone's Bluetooth function to go crazy, rendering it unable to function normally. It searches for other Bluetooth devices continuously, and when detected, it tries to send the virus to other devices as well. Do NOT accept Bluetooth invitations from strangers to avoid being infected with this virus.

  From what I know, it's the Nokia 6600, 6260, 6670, 7270, 7610, and the Siemens SX 1. There might be more, but for now, these all the only models that I know of. Do correct me if I'm wrong.

  Motorola A1000 and E1000 out. 3G phones, but only the A1000 has Symbian OS.

  I got it just now when I was in the Mrt...
  Feel like punching tat cb person just now....
  cannot see whose is using the phone to send me coz it's auto rite?

  Can delete using explorer programs like FExplorer. But you must know the virus-filenames to remove it.
