Once.i'd helped my relative moving hse to jalan bukit merah which was popular with tangki sect.Fatalistic,my relative's neighbour is tangki,my uncle shook his head,complained bad luck! so yin!(negative energy).His belief;living environment must has its own balance with yin & yang(positive & negative energies) while his neighbour,tangki is involved in netherworld,yin deities,big uncle,tao ah ber etc... they are praying to ' Tee Chung Wang Poo Sat' Great wishes bodhiosatta who lord the underworld.
Wondering ghost usually approach the yin deity or underworld Bodhisatta for advise and help,which make the environment Qi turn more yin than normal itself but my aunt insisted moving here coz she believes is good to stay near tangki sect, and the house's prise is cheat too.
I'd pretended a believer to check it out ,then i saw two coffins.so i'd asked the tangki,wat's keeping inside the coffins? Tangki said,during the section,yin deity,tao ah per would visit cemeteries to help those wandering ghosts or even catches evil ones.some of these spirits will be kept inside the coffins;bigger one is for adult ghosts,smaller one is for children or babies ghosts.
My eyes poke out.I couldn't believe what i'd heard that they actually brought back those unbeings into the HDB flats.I'd asked the tangki would those spirits wandering ard in the whole block by themselves?He hesitated.....i was observing his expression,,,then he uttered it loud ," No..No...No'.

I think my uncle is correct of his opinion that living next to tangki sect is quite uncomfortable,moreover,yin& yang qi has great influence over health, love or career luck etc....
Water rat once stated that some of the tangki are using ghost childs to work with their magical rituals,foretelling people's fate,mostly accuracy is high but only past events not the future.....
then how abt other magical rituals?
She said,how would i know wat's inside those tangki..i'm not so free to check them out!

personally, i believe in the yin n yang part, everything has good n bad side. but even though its yin, it doesn't mean we must condamm it and treat it as bio-hazard.
ive no interests into ghosts, but its nuff for me to apply it on what i see and do. as for the tangki, i dun see why you should be so afraid of them if you don't go and do anything bad to them for no reason.
maybe your aunty heard things like living near em will boost her status in the family? since its all yin and her, being a female, is primarilly yin as well.
blah, juz some wild idea. -
Personally,i felt those tangkis are alright but due to fengshui...mmm ..problem lie on staying ard those yin deities temple somehow will attract wandering spirits.A old folk saying that never stay near any religious worship places becoz if you were a 'lost' spirit,where n who will you turn to?Ito_^ wrote :
