If a cinema shows starts at 2nd or 3rd week of the month will it end at the next following month of 2nd and or 3rd week?
Bumps. No answers :(
no specific ending date
depends on demand
If many people see, the run will be longer..
I think it totally depends on revenue generation. With movie-making becoming a rapidly growing business, Cinemas are allied forces that keep the numbers ticking. The sooner the movie stops filling up the seats, the sooner it's off the Cinema screens.
Yup, most movies last at least 2 weeks in the cinemas. But generally, box office sales decides how long it stays on. That and also should there be any Oscar buzz about it.
depends on their decision to stay on
Yes I agree.
...
Usually they have a timeframe, but it also depends how many people are going to watch it :)
it depends
If many people see, the run will be longer.. i think so!!!
2 hour
.
Ya I agree...from what I observe I think it depends on the demand/view rate. But the longer you wait to watch a movie, the lesser options there is for timeslots and cinema branches.
average 2 hours
i think it depends on how popular the movie is!
It all depends on what kinds of the movie is . Simple love story will cost little time.
It depends.
Most movies will be shown at most theaters at regular hours for at least 2 weeks.
Beyond 2 weeks, it may only be shown at certain cinemas at odd hours.
If the movie is unpopular, it may be shown only for a week or so, but if it is very popular, they may continue to screen it at regular hours at most cinemas for over 3 weeks or more.
