i'm learning how to cook some dishes from mom too...
will try my hand and assam pork ribs soon...
kinda mastered braised duck already (after a few experiments with people from EH and 6club9 as guinea pigs )
next after assam ribs will be braised rabbitfish

dunno abt smoked chicken....
but saw there's this store with the name "smoking duck" at the kopitiam near the arts museum one.. but the ducks there are all dead and not smoking lor...

Still on smoked chicken
Usually they either have it at the Deli counter or the chilled section with the pre-packed ham.
Not sure if they have smoked duck but very sure they have smoked pork and beef as well. -
chicken rice shop opp novena church is not bad (Wee Nam Kee). at united square food court also got one stall quite good. can try.
