  i usually have Preggo the mamafish, the one that helps me collect the loot that sinks to the bottom and any fish or clam that gives me loot...
  
  and piranhas.. or star catchers after i get a few fish dropping stars...

  yup... gotta keep a stock of the smallest fish around where the piranha will go "CHOMP!" and eat the little fish... but the piranhas, like true-x says, drop diamonds....
  
  and for those who are stumped as to what to do with the laser-proof monsters, you keep feeding it fish pellets until it explodes...
  
  later in the game, upgrading of weapons is pretty necessary as you'll need firepower to whack the missile-monster...
  
  as for a stage, get the big fish to turn ember or yellow by feeding the big fish with chemicals... do not let the smaller fish eat the chemicals as they will die... once the big fish become ember, they'll drop stars... that's when you buy a star-catcher... have a ratio of minimum of 3 ember fish to 2 star-catchers... coz the star-catchers will also starve to death if not enough stars.. you'll be rewarded with diamonds..

  I was at Level 1-3, and then I thought that the moolah I earned will roll over to the next level, so I happily fed fish and collected my diamonds till I had $90000+.... until I advanced to the next level and saw that my balance had gone back to $200!
  
  I'm going to have a fudgy week ahead.
