since we've been invited to rant..
how come i'm so tired?
been sleeping enough.. resting.. doing some mild exercise, eating right (seriously!)
in fact, i'm feeling even more tired and wasted than i was not sleeping enough, not resting, not exercising and eating an uncontrolled diet...
i think i'm going back to my uncontrolled diet and my unreasonable intake of caffeine

strangely, my unreasonably high intake of caffeine has been constant... but tried the normal resting and exercise.. proper diet.. all that with the caffeine..
but very tired..
