  relax lo...
  try this...sleep for 10 mins b4 the exam...tt usually calm my nerves.
  tt way ur head will be clear and u can do ur paper.Most impotant is u must have studied for it la..otherwise relax oso useless.

  get a tuition for maths la.
  
  have e mindset that your super smart. trust me if u think u cant do well then u obviously cant do well. of course practice. no need practice until like mad. the most important thing is that u udnerstand. u understand can do liao. practice so much is only to expose urself to diff type of questions
  
  science just read try make urself interested.. chem boring all memorise.. other not that bad.

  well for exams , the most important thing is to just read from your notebook , and the day before exam just scan through textbook. Usually highlight stuff your teacher ask you to in class =)
  
  And for maths , practice and practice. Try creating own method to memorize all the formulae. thats all you need to pass with flying colours.
  
  My own experience , Science 20+/100. Maths 20+/100.
  
  Trust me and you'll pass.
