My Dinner Tonight

  Bouillabaisse
  A traditional Provencial dish, made from mussels, fish, and other seafood like crabs or lobster, cooked in fish sauce. The one i had in Marseille had lobster. Unfortunately due to budget constrains, i used crab here instead. Oh I got my ingredients from Carrefour after yesterday's outing. The sauce u see is called Rouille, its often used to complement the main dish and the bread that is served with the Bouillabaisse.
