Reasons for leavin ur company

Hello MLMers!!
We all have many reasons (or excuses??) leaving our company. Maybe some of us are new, having only joined a company. Some of us could have as many as 2 or more companies. But seriously, what are the main reasons we leave our respective companies? Issit becos of the people we do not like, never see the money, the company, the products or something else? What are ur opinions? -
i have seen many pple leaving for various reasons...$$, people, comp plan...
you have to know why you join in the first b4 thinking you are going to leave.... -
The question is why did you join network marketing in the first place? If you do not know the reason, no amount of how tos or even the money can make you stay. What do you hope to achieve out of joining?

i know a friend who left her company because of the team. she didn't like the v "cheena people" environment there. not chinese env as in speaking chinese etc. but that so many of the people come from china and she can't click with them! haha.. the env is so important. find like minded people who you can click with and get along with, even when you're not talking solely business and guess your career will go a longer way.. hehz..

But true, name of MLMers sucks to ppl not doing mlm and ppl run away if you mention you are into mlm -
if that's the case then are ur frens truly ur fren? just leave u cos u're into this biz? sometimes it's because people do wrong things at wrong time. dun do pestering. it doesnt work. and it spoils frenships. treat ur frens w genuinely and not treat all of them like ur potential targets... guess whether u kena shunned or not also depends on what u do? hee

They may be afraid that you will ask them get something...which is common eg insurance...
so bear with it...
try going out with them without talking about what you are doing...talk abt old times, future, hot news etc...show them u may have change but the frenship with them remains... -

this is not the way to do MLM
