I bought this pillow product from them since June. I have yet to receive it. The salesperson (my fren) keep saying it's nt here yet. Do u think going to CASE will help. I wan to get my money back. This coy must be having finacial prob.

June until now is not a reasonable time for them to deliver...
what you have is a contract.. for the sale of something... if they cannot or do not deliver the object within a reasonable time, they have not performed their part of the contract and you can sue them for non-performance...
and get your money back...
thing is, you tangled with a MLM which are usually shady to start with, so they may not care...

I believe it might not be the company......i think it is your friend's fault. Before you blow the matter up. have you tired calling up to the company? or go down and ask what had happen? is your frend still working there? DW had already been featured in the news recently. I believe they wont want 2nd time to happen. It will tarnish MLM farther.

Problems lies with both ur friend and the company. if u call the company up esp DW, they'll deny and ask u to look for ur friend, this is how they do their business.. seriously pple inside there are really stupid idiots, indirectly they have themselves to blame, if this company can succeed, why do i see so many complaints? why is it no one has stand up and say they'r successful?

call their company, scream and yell at them fiercely for refund and set them a date to refund.
dun bother to listen to what they have to offer. and after a while the person most probably gets fierce too. dun be scared. i am a 'guo lai ren'. been there done that. they are still cheating me of my money. cash money havent return.
my friends got cheated all by one friend who was working there.
case cannot do anything one. furthermore heard that this sleazy company not register under some association of whatever direct selling one...so they cannot even do anything. cheaters!! -

A source told me that some MLM companies' agents take the $$$ from the customers but did not process the application for the customer. The cust $$$, the agents keep in storage first... (what they do to it, only God knows!)
So when the customer ask for the stock, the agents may make excuses and say that the company do not have stocks when in actual fact, they have not made the transaction with the company.
So, when the customers go directly to the company to ask for a refund or the product, the Company do not have the transaction records in their database and therefore refer the customer to their respective agents.
Its a cycle that occurs in some MLM company... extremely unhealthy and this cause the customer or agents to lose faith in the company. Probably that could be what happen in this case too -
Nevertheless, DW Group is reallly facing a lot of negative comments from the public.. They used to say they'll succeed and even take down 50% of Apex Tower, but where is it now?? I don't see it anywhere when i go down to Anson Road..
They say they can earn big bucks? but it seems all are dying down, what's wrong dey? They are just a bunch of people who don't keep promises ALTHOUGH they always say they are those who keep their promises, where is it then dey?
I guess some of them have gone to hiding because they owe customers goods, and they once assured that they will NEVER become Asayo, (where they used to be), but now it's like replaying the whole thing again.. -
All these are bullshit... cos my fr join the company for so long but not even a black and white about there position, pay, and term. i think they should look and all these. how will people be save to work there but still i don't understand why there is still people working in these company. my ex-boyfr too join these stupid company and make him stay late night and meeting.. what the F*&^K it this company doing? must talk or meeting till so late? i think someone have to look into all these company and relook at there company profile or Black and white..

Why do pple have to stay back so late and etc..? Simply they are doing "bonding" brothers and sisters alike
I have never understood this culture. It's just sooo plain weird. Why you want to be with company of your peers or "brothers and sisters " for almost 24/7? But sometimes this culture becomes a bad habit to break.
