Hey pple, DW Group and East Wing is one 'gang'.. Please ask all ur friends don be cheated by them.. and in this case, i think we should report them to the DSAS.. more effective..

i am one of the 'stupid' ones to be cheated by DW group. but its by another branch call Turf holdings. the way turf holding works is they will just squeeze you for alot of sales until you very sick and tired then quit, then they will immediately look for you to close deals with YOU. then they will again, in true DW spirit, cheat ur money and refuse to deliver the stock, meanwhile keep insisiting their policy is to deliver goods on time.!
i even got cheated by them saying want to borrow money from me, then in the end go use my 'borrowed' money to purchase stocks on my behalf. when i told them i dun wan the stocks, i want my money back, they say cannot lah etc etc keep on push. until i keep on pester them then start to delay the payment etc. one china girl working part time as student now no more student pass have to go back to china took my money also.
damn stupid. but DW is cheat! -

For what i know... all come from ASAYO... Astromag BOSS "Raymond Lim" is from ASAYO, DW Group Boss "Dunno wat Name" ... Boss of AMH was from Asayo. Boss of Venture era was also from Asayo. Boss of DW was also from Asayo. Mostly same from Asayo. All came out of Asayo claiming they want to change the culture n problems faced. But since they all originated from the same place, of course the management style will be somewhat similar. It's all the same few players changing company names or splitting up n forming their own.
It's a very long story how all these companies came about. I know these guys personally. Anyway I'm too tired to continue all these stuff about MLM. Read one of my earlier post. Think about it. Honestly, I think I make more money than 99% of their staff.

so i heard that , since i start school in august , might as well go down for their interview see how
i go without any knowledge , except its DW group , a bio medical firm from japan
was wondering if it has any relation to bio polis
so i just go down for an interview lor
its @ 70 anson road , 16th floor
during the interview , i spoke to their "SO" or something then they told me to fill up interview forms , i walked into "Lady warriors"
during interview they ask me what i can do to contribute to company
i say IT , and such
they told me to put down my preference of job and they will notify me if i am selected for a 2nd interview
what i put down was administration / casual labour / IT
then come monday , i was called down for 2nd interview
this time i reached @ 1pm
then they made me wait till 2pm cos they need to interview other people first
then came my turn
i was told i was to be a sales representive
then one of their 'SO' led me to show me a demostration
first she showed me individual directors and respective groups under them , turf I , turf II , lady warriors , and 3 other groups
then she brought me into this room where i am shown the products which they are offering and a machine that shows the increase in the movement of the blood cells when their products is used
the little finger is dabbed with a lotion and then put under the machine
then you can see your blood stream and when the bracelet is worn , there is a slight increase in the speed of flow
this is meant to convince us that their products actually work and that good health we be resulted when and if we use their products
then the 'SO' showed me an old documentry by tv 12 i think. the video is grainy and shows signs of aging
it describes how magnetic thearphy works on atheltes(by increasing their recovery rate) , sick patients (helps them recover), even horses
somewhat i wasn't convinced
i was brought up to their office in lvl 16 then was made to wait as their boss is still talking to another group of people
i waited until 8pm and talked to him 1 on 1
the director apparently is Mr Joey
he gave a firm handshake and sat down and started with a conversation
wah like typical ceo , i had to admit he gives a good first impression
then he asked me why am i not willing to join his company
then i tell him i doubt his products
he showed me various graphs and explain the difference between working with him and working by yourself
he draw a sine curve and cosine curve
the curve that starts with a peak at the bottom ( i forget which liao)
is because you fork out your own money to do your own buisness
the curve that starts from zero and raises to a peak
is because you join his company
he gave me a choice
i chosed the one that started at the bottom
then he want on to say why should you start from a negative value when you can start to earn money with me
then he went on to say , work with me , i will guide you and nuture you . i noe you are talented and have a good vision , i will groom you and make sure u succeed in life.

then i asked him , whats his vision for this company
he looked stunt , then regain his composure and say
well i wish to be listed in 3 years time
then we all will be millionairs when that happens
then i ask him what are you going to do with all the money you raised that way
cos i agar noe that people will only buy your shares if your company can grow and they can get dividends back
but his company doesn't seem to be able to do that
nonetheless he went on to say something about each of the top directors would take out one million and build a club where only those with sports cars/ high end cars can go
then pretty models and handsome hunks will be able to get in free of charge
then i say " i am convinced , please let me work for you now"
then he say ok , and told me to sign something that looks like a contract
at that point , i say i will come back tomorrow to start working , then i sign

but i did discuss his business model , saying his intraprenurship " the splitting of companies into multiple groups " isn't a bad idea , 3M is doing the same thing with great success
his method of distribution isn't that bad.
but in the end , i did not believe in the product
cos when u sell them its to only your own network of friends and family not to outsiders and the price is awfully highly marked up -

If u have read my first post over here, I am sure u know of the bad experience that I have been through... Hi shoutcast, if I am not wrong, they must have told u, the director of LAdy Warriors is a 21 year old female, only a ITE graduate and earning $10 + K a month rite? and they say she has earned herself a baby mercs or sth from the company.
Get this right, that was what they told me last year and up till now, this lady director still hasnt drove her "baby mercs" over... They are just trying to mark up the amount of money they earn.. If they are really earning $10+ K per month, their annual income would be ard $120K a year, meaning they are eligible to apply for a PLATINUM card. A plat card, not a GOLD card. U can ask them to show u, I doubt anyone of them has it...
and yes, one thing about them is that they drive luxury cars, if I am not wrong, in the garage near New LEaf cafeteria, there is a blue jaguar, several mercs of the same silver design and a Fair LAdy right?? It is just for a show... They have to do this so that they can CONVINCE people how successful they were, so that people will join this.
IMPORTANT: They will become rich ONLY AFTER u have joined them, not before that. Therefore, they need to fork out money to create a image, a branding. After they have convinced u, they make the money and its your turn to lie to others about how successful u were.
I only earned $100 plus during my 3 months there. So, I really hope people out there especially those finishing A or O Levels not to get cheated by them.. They aim for this people whom they think are gullible and easy to convince..
One more thing, they like to do their survey at Orchard MRT, outside Heerens and many parts of Orchard. If they give u a "JOB MARKET SURVEY" and ask u to do, just give a false number. THe actual aim of the survey is to get the telephone numbers of the surveyees aka the prey. During the survey, they will try to engage in a conversation with u so that u can be comfortable with them. After that, they will try all means to convince u to go down to the company. And MOST IMPORTANTLY, over the phone, they will tell u " We have many vacancies, such as ADMIN, telemarketing, data entry blah blah blah...
GET THIS CLEAR, there is NO ADMIN job at all.. Only SALES positions... and
its not just sales...
They cheat ur money after u placed the order by not delivering the goods and eventually not giving u ur goods.. -

This is DW Group's website, their structure seems to have become bigger, which is a bad news... Cos now their Joint Ventures have increased, which means that they are going all out to recruit people into this money-making scam.
You guys should be able to see that lady director with her "supposed" Mercs in the pics, but we never know if she really owned it. The whole company is simply....... -

they will say that pple like us did not strive hard to do the sales, all CRAP!! Her name is Miss Christin.. and her Lady Warriors are all AH LIANS..
Those who believe they can earn big bucks are really idiots.. OH MY GOD..

So if you expect to make millions of dollars, you are expected to make it through your friends and family members, and their friends and family members......
Hence it is very critical that once you are a MLM member, you must recruit as many as possible, your friends and family members to become MLM members (for whatever reason/s). These new members become the first layer of "consumers", where you get the first layer of commission of whatever they consum or "sell".
