sorry dude,Originally posted by Alex Wong:lets discuss amway and herbalife!
i think amway system sux and herbalife product dont worth the money. any comments??

I don't agree with this.
Amway is the largest MLM in the world, business in more than 80 countries.
DO you think people in these countires are stupid? Amway Japan & Amway Korea are the leaders fo Amway Asia.
Do you think Japanese & Koreans are nuts?
If you say Amway System sux, then why Nakajima in Japan manage to make it to Triple Crown Ambassador? Why Leonard Kim in Korea manage to create more than 400 new diamond directs in a year?
I believe it is just the matter that are you able to make money from Amway, if you failed to do so , of course you say amway sux.
Amway International creates a turnover of USD4.9 billion, are there any MLM company creates a annual sales more than USD4.9billion?
Case if no, then IF Amway SUX, what are the others?
cheers

hahhaa.. such a greenhorn! annual turnover at 4.9billion. but over 1 million agents worldwide. so each agent only making $4900 per year? oh my god!!!!!!! what the hell is the so called best company in the world doing???? no wonder all my amway friends say that they cant earn money.....

wa... even worse! as what you said amway have 3 million agents world wide...it means one agent get only $1600 a year !!!!!!Originally posted by jedi:you are the person that mislead others, not me.
although Amway registered distributor worldwide have 3 million dist, but 95% of them are users only, not active distributors.
example in Malaysia, total amount of distributors around 153,000, but active dist. are around 10,000.
In a normal corporate life, a company with 50 employees will have to pay at least $200,000 per month for salary, so is that mean each employee gets $4,000? no right?
it should be GM gets $30,000, Manager level gets $7,000 and so on.
so same in Amway, you cannot take the turnover & divide by total amount of distributors!! you should be aware of active distributors, semi active distributos and also user only distributors.
cheers!!
wow!! u are trying to mislead others again & again!!Originally posted by Alex Wong:wa... even worse! as what you said amway have 3 million agents world wide...it means one agent get only $1600 a year !!!!!!
ok... you argue that some will get more and some will get less. so i assume an agent get $1600 a month which come up with $19200 a year... it means that only 255000 agents are making that money and 2,700,000 people are making $0 !!!!!!!!!
no wonder my friend so long still cant see money in amway!!
fren,Originally posted by Alex Wong:whaahahaha....
then what is amway talking about financial freedom blah blah blah to paint such a nice scenario to people???
if amway is just like NTUC Fairprice... then say so lah... why lure people with promises of financial freedom and big houses and cars....
yes!! you are right, my friend!!Originally posted by Alex Wong:hahaha... but sad to say.. most people in amway are looking for financial freedom. they must be very disappointed after so many years of hard work but little result.

yes!! you are right, my friend!!
BUT everyone in this world, not only in Amway, are looking for financial freedom & uncommon freedom!! aren't you?
under employment, we try to fight for higher position, from clerical level to executive level, then to manager level or even director level. But do remember one thing, many people disappointed after many years of working and finally get nothing other than EPF or CPF.
So, people will look for a opportunity, they will try to be a businessman!! they run their own business!!
now, business start up with huge capital, have to face tonnes of competitors... if lucky enough, maybe can survive, else we can see every year many company close down and many new companies setup.
Many people always say, "how many people able to make it in Amway, many people fail!!"
same in our life my fren... in a huge corporate like Sony or Panasonic, how many GM are there? how many MD are there?
How many BIll Gates are there in this world?
Should we tell ourself, there will always be one and the only one Bill Gates in this world, we are NOT Bill Gates... OR should we tell ourself, we will beat Bill Gates and be the richest man in the world?
So now, let's calculate the lost of these opportunity. although running a business & run Amway business both need extra effort, but let's calculate the lost if failed.
To start a business, you need at least S$200,000, this is inclusive of rental, renovations, air-cond, showroom and stockup some products.
in Amway, u need less than S$100 to start up. if you wanna do it fast & profitable, top up your capital around S$1000 and keep some products for sale.
In terms of market, if you run a company in Singapore and you would like to conquer China or India market, you will have to setup a branch there! you will have to pay for all the expenses & you will have to monitor then closely.
But in Amway, all you need is just a air ticket. Buy a flight ticket to China, you can start do sponsoring and selling there!!
Can you see the difference of paying S$200,000 to start up a business in Singapore and S$100 to start up a business in worldwide 80 countries?
same thing, majority (more than 99.99%) of people can't be GM after 35 years of employment life.Originally posted by Alex Wong:i'm saying again... majority amway agents cant make good money after many years of hard work.
frankly speaking, nice to talk to you, but it is a bit boring when explaning to you. I am like talking to a stone or to a wall.Originally posted by Alex Wong:hmm....not the company problem. it is the agents problem because sooo many agents are being blindfolded with empty promises of getting rich.
sad to say.. majority of the agents got problems...
