Hey guys, i was thinking how come other forums got in house jesters like kevin1982 who screams and mr cortez who prey on sg girls, and Kopitiam dont have?

if the trouble-maker flouted the rules, then u can report to Mod or Admin
depending on how serious the case is......mild one usually give warning.....sometimes jus lock threads.....if ppl complain then will consider banning......if warning liao still dun repent then ban......
