Btw, I frown on recruiting thru net unless you have been doing quite well and already establish your networks. This is because of many reasons, and my experiences.

We do not know what has other Companies claimed but we are just providing an opportunity here. As this moment, we have not start yet and will not collect any payment or sale. Of course, any one can doubt us, just like we can doubt any enquirer too. Not all MLM Compannies have good practice, not all distributors are good too.
We do have our own contacts to start the business but we hope to get better quality distributors as beginners. Once business starts, we will not do any cold marketing as all recruitment opportunities should be given to the distributors.

Well, for this its happening widely in Malaysia, from the experience of senior people. Thats why I frown upon bosses having companies or sub-companies, especially in MLM. History has never shown any to be successful, plus many are usually scams. They are profiting more, instead of focusing on distributors welfare and self developement. Your guess is wrong. We have no relationships with any other MLM Companies in Singapore or any other part of the world, not even the shareholders or directors. This is a new set-up. -

I think that depends how you define pyramid in MLM in Singapore.
For instance the Singapore law, before mlm was allowed some 2 years plus ? ago, it stated very clearly all mlm are pyramid, without any exceptions, but now, its been legal.
So I think newbizopp's definitions of pyramid could not be the same as many. Since he(or she) mentioned that their products are value for money and not over-priced, maybe it's not a pyramid scam. Let's see. -

what do u mean by product not over priced and value for money? i havent seen the product or heard what product it is... how to i come to a conclusion that their product is not over priced?
i mean, if it is so good... why cant share a bit over the net? why need to be so secretive?

Well, the words pyramid is rather sensitive in the MLM world. No doubt all MLM even coporate organisation is in the form of pyramid. To the understanding of a mature MLMer, the word "pyramid" would means get rich quick scheme. There significant differences between "pyramid" and "direct selling/network marketing" that people will need to know inorder to be sure that they are not in the pyramid scheme.

MLM, Direct Sales = Legal pyramid, but not widely accepted yet

newbizopp, remember what I wrote about posting for prospects in the net. Of the reasons, from experience, is that tendency you will get fly by nite distributors from net, as opposed to family and friends. I am not saying ur biz is dubious or anything, net friends bond take longer time to build and nurture. Well, I do not dispute that MLM is in a pyramid form but for one to refer it as pyramid is inappropriate and may confuse people. MLM may be in a pyramid form but it is definately not a pyramid scheme which is a get rich quick scheme. Of course, there are those who claims they are MLM but are actually pyramid scheme, so better learn how to differentiate which is which. Take care.

No matter what company u r from, lets not backstab each other since it does no good to the industry.
Why this industry is getting worse is due to blacksheep among these companies. Jus take a look at the newspaper for the past one month, alot of articles is focusing on NETWORK MARKETING, and they also teaches us how to prevent from bad companies. if u wan to know, read the straits times forum on MLM and chinese lianhezhaobao on last sunday 18/01/04.
Most imptly, its not the money that counts. Some need money as their motivation, some need cars as their motivation, some need to sit down relax doing nothing to get money.. but there are some here to know more new friends, some here to learn the skills tat a real networker can attain eg public speaking and communication skills, and some here to gain general knowledge since it is an industry with people from all works of life.

where would any company say negative stuffs about it? in the end, it is still a MLM company.. and then if u go inside, they will treat u like what other companies do, eg, treat u very nicely initially cos ur value is fresh......................
