No matter what company u r from, lets not backstab each other since it does no good to the industry.
Why this industry is getting worse is due to blacksheep among these companies. Jus take a look at the newspaper for the past one month, alot of articles is focusing on NETWORK MARKETING, and they also teaches us how to prevent from bad companies. if u wan to know, read the straits times forum on MLM and chinese lianhezhaobao on last sunday 18/01/04.
Most imptly, its not the money that counts. Some need money as their motivation, some need cars as their motivation, some need to sit down relax doing nothing to get money.. but there are some here to know more new friends, some here to learn the skills tat a real networker can attain eg public speaking and communication skills, and some here to gain general knowledge since it is an industry with people from all works of life.

Yes. (Not my opinion) but if u ask the teachers of any sch, they will give you a good insight to what they answers they get.

Although those opinions are NOT mine, I think there are more incidents in the NEWSPAPER that reflect our Singaporean mindset. Maybe you have too much faith in your fellow man.

father will say company at fault... company will say is father at fault... they will only blame each other..
in my opinion.. both are at fault. father didn't look after daughter tight enough.. and the company give a very bad education..

but then look again, teenages are prone to influence one lor.. and i know in terms of talking i can't win the some people lor, but then the father is also concerned, JVDs, don't u have a father? at least i do have and i knoe that parents will get worried ESP the children in this kind of company. if the daughter changed, of cos the parents would be worried!

definitely.. i mean just tell the truth and be transparent, how come lie openly to the public... and this topic is not correct lor, DW is growing, yes, but then the structure inside, is it growing? does the people in DW mean what they say? Do we get what we see? they can stressed that they are growing, but the real situation, who knows?

act i think giving rude comments parents to give excuse to shot one another is not very appropriate ah... whether or not dw group is having a hard time ahead is def none of pple's business when you r not in the company rite? if ther is no risk or no challenges posed in a business then its not consider as a successful businessman rite? so i think we better dun probe too much about the growing of dw group unless you r one of them.... def 1 thing true is dat dw group is growing because at least the boss id driving a merc sport rather than a toyota or lancer rite? if the boss of dw group is a person who is selfish then ther wun be car incentive given already not to say merc incentive ah.... if we really stand on a neutral point to look at things esp the article, we should know dat newspaper stuff cant be trusted 100% unless we do further research on it ouselves, other than info on medical stuff.... i always believe dat never only hear 1 side story be it dat this was posed on the newspaper.... if we anyhow comment then might as well go to the market and start a business better rite?
anyway dat is just my personal comments...no hard feelings...

Look, though the boss give out car incentive, but how many cars are exactly on the road? all the cars belong to the directors.. and common sense right, how come the boss can afford a jaguar? -
With the kind of money we have in Sg, its better to buy a car in Malaysia
Actually they need not spend on luxury cars in the first incentive, be more practical a bit, buy some thing less luxurious.
Car incentive does not equal high residual income yet, so donch know why many people rush off to buy BMWs and Merc the minute they got car incentives. -

Hmm, without monthly fund, die liao...hehe, btw, many company i see gives one time off car incentive, and worse is these people rush to buy BM and Merc
Lrger companies i see progress also to travel fund, house fund etc etc
But i remember someone post Tianshi of China gives away yacht and aeroplanes.......hope this is not true.... -

I see some people argued about whether to bring matters like DW group up for discussion, coz it will also bring in gossips, flamings, and stuff. I must say both side have their points.
My stand ( I believe is also sgforums stand ) is that forumnites should can post what they like, but please beware of gossiping, use of profanity ,and such. If one wish to bring stuff for serious discussion, please do, coz i love a good debate.
Otherwise, if your intentions are to flame, gossip, disrupting threads, craps (we have excellent team of crappers called the Animal Farm here, hehe), please do not come in. Coz not only is it immature, our mods and admin are standby to kick you out or close the thread. Our forum guardian is constantly around, except for night time when she will meet Uncle Zhou, so please exercise some maturity.
