after consideration, i need 2 add my one cent piece.....
1. i agree with nameless tt you don't say u put out cars on the road and didn't implement it in the end.it should b out on the road swiftly .
bcoz if there are such impending transactions then a proper company wouldn't accord the award in the first place. it just isn't right nor fair for the rest of the sales ppl.
2. sorry war...u probably haven't worked long enuff 2 understand that an incentive won is just tt - won.
3. i hav nothing agst mlm/ network mktg/ etc... jus wanted u guys 2 always know tt u shld take risks, take chances, try your bestest & if it dun suit u, it juz dun suit u. some ppl r juz not suitable for certain roles.... God prob has other designs 4 u...
no need to get so upset in a forum. tis pl is 4 us 2 noe more frens & xchange ideas/ views/ opinions.....[/code]

my own pt of view here.....act whether or nt each co. gives out incentives, i thk dat is def a bonus to pple wking in the co. rite..... morover each n individual co. hav a diffworking n payout system ah....so hw do we go n comment dat once incentive is being given out it muz b able to function rite away leh??? take for example, today we r selling some pdt, if today we r the boss him or herself, our pple working for us oni hit the quota of $100000 and the sales amt collected is oni at $10000, hw r we suppose to make sure dat a car incentive immediately rite? haha..... i thk the amt collected is oni able to pay for the stock ah.....but anyway tis is from my own pt of view aft i did some analyse lah.....rem dat thers no rite or wrong ans in tis kinda topic dat im bringing out here......gd luck to all.....

1. i dnt say tt a co must give incentive. incentive is given out of co's pocket 2 encourage staff 2 action in a certain way productive 2 the co. & 2 award staff who do act in the productive way.
2. incentives r planned matters. when a co. announces to the pple abt how the incentive program works, they must keep it tt way. ofcoz, if u mean tt the incentive allows timeframe for monies 2 b collected then fine, your answer is suitable for the example.
3. wat i meant is tt: proper co.s dnt say u qualified when u actually hvnt. most co.s will only award u qualification of the incentive if u hv secured payments. otherwise, if based on contract of sale only, then if custr cancel, the whole incentive program bcomes draggy. also dsnt reflect the true qualifying status of the program.
4. i mean if many people gathered sales contracts worth $100,000 & qualified for the incentive but oni 1 person collected due payments, how deservingly does the rest of them who take ages to chase payments deserve to enjoy any incentive? staff gets demotivated & the co. is abused.
5. u can't get away with not giving out an incentive by simply saying monies not collected. a proper & giving co. will hv in place measures to prevent staff demotivation & co. abuse etc etc...
6. ofcoz, this is my point of view without the full story. watever the case, i jus felt tt an incentive shld be spelt out clearly. if it is so, then no need to worry. ;p

Heard that Asayo is closing down soon , many of their top agent left bcoz of no pay cheque I think Asayo coming to the end liao , so sad
DW system is duplicate from Asayo , franchise system , nowaday all the NWM in sg all talk about global market , noone talk about franchise now, NWM is a system that let people start their biz without overhead , the fall of Asayo 1 of the reason is franchise system , all their JV need to pay their own overhead , N DW is following their footstep ,

haha.....so funny....wat i heard about asayo is dat there r prob with their management style of their boss and not the system of the company leh.... btw i thk its def rite to pay for each own joint venture coz they r aledy a boss of their own rite.... juz like doing bubble tea ah....u franchise from 'each a cup' but the franchisee will have to pay for everything ah....n moreover if today we come out n set up a business ourself, who do we expect to pay everything for us? mum or dad? def not rite.... so dun be a follower without looking into the actual facts.... if one cannot succeed in nwm then do not criticise other company or pple.... n wats more funny is dat pple who can't save themselves wanna save others? thk better save some energy to plan somthg for ur own rather than wasting ur breath and energy to keep saying wanna save pple....
anyway....tis is oni from my own point of view....no hard feelings pls...

sometimes toking to some pple who is a loser is just a waste of time....
rem this... a quitter will nv win, a winner will nv quit..... try understanding tis phrase and u will eventually know wat it means.... its not dat networking is a line dat fails....but must know dat the company management style is another impt factor dat contributes in making the company fail or suceed. mayb ur knowledge or insights of networking is still not wide enuff dats y u put it in this way.... 
but dun take it too hard coz its just a comment from my own pt of view.....

One thing I can say about network marketers is that if they are able to stick together and fight out against all odds,they will definitely achieve success..Bcos I believe that network marketers have one of the toughest jobs ever..As you can see most ppl are already against network marketing and if these network marketers are able to turn the tide and make the market accept their ways,they will make it..It's just a matter of perserverance and never-say-die attitude.So to all network marketers out there who are willing to go all out and fight for their carreers,I wish you all the best..Hope that you will achieve success one day..

dats 1 true pt down there....its a reason dat contirbutes to y pple who r successful and normal pple.... its reali hard for network marketers to overcome but it can be done... haha..... dats y pple who are successful takes up 2% of the population only.......
