wtf is this DW group and why is it that it keeps being mentioned in sgForums?
some have promoted it like this guy here, and some have said they are a bunch of con-artists.. -
I believe in most companies there will be partial of people not following rules and regulations. All companies in service side will not want to betray the trust with customers. All business want to have good reputation and want business to grow. By deceiving clients or forcing a deal to be close will destroy reputation. People in the company play a very important role. Most people will talk or just look at the bad side of Network, MLM, SLM companies. Why not gossip about others? Human factors link all negatives thoughts, not companies factors.

Don't get what you talking? Just don't waste your time finding out! Stay at your negative thinking. I never study so don't know what is grammer. Just know that some times things will fall back to ownself. Endless and pointless continue this. Not wasting time on unreasonable topic.. Keep an open mind.

if i asked a salesman what it is, and the salesman tells me to "go find out yourself", the company is doomed... simple as that..

DW group looks like an MLM company to me, selling health mattress. I have been to their interview before and it's the longest interview i've ever went. It took me about 2.5 hrs to finish the whole interview.
First, they brought me around the whole office, introducing me to everyone. After that, they showed me photos of their wonderful colleagues having a good time at outings, dinner or sentosa or overseas trips, etc.
Then, they showed me a file and explained to me hell lot of stuffs on health problems like heart attack, kidney failures etc. And it all boils down to one main cause of the illnesses, which is poor blood circulation. And so, they will introduced this magnectic kind of mattress, which claims to improve blood circulation and to 'cure' illnesses.
And finally, you will have a main interview with the manager. The manager will be telling you that this job can train you to be good in sales, recruitment and management. Which means, you starts off as sales, learn how to do recruiting, and finally, when you get to promote, you will learn to manage your own team members. Sounds like MLM?
And if you are really interested, they will send you for a 2 days course on sales presentation, product knowledge, etc.
One good thing though, i can see that all of them are very young, mostly in their 20s, most of them are good in sales, often get promoted easily and they have this special bond between them. They seems to get along really well and enjoy lots of outings while working too.
So, is this the job for you?
p/s: I didn't join the company in the end, cause i really hate sales.

Probably what u see is only the surface lor... i mean u don know the political things inside sometimes pple created a 'fake' scene for u to see only lor.. don mean anything but this is what most companies do lor... maybe after u join u will see the real side of life..
and one more thing.. there are definitely 2 people who are from DW one... :> -

Oic...So another MLM company is doing big in Singapore huh ?!?!...It don't really border me much but i have hearded from frenzs that the company don't provide basic pay and alot of teenagers are quiting school just hopping to succeed in your company? Just a matter of luck, for those who can sell their products, they get their pay and promotion but what abt those who can't sell out anything...Waste time, waste effort, waste energy, some more also waste money.... What for? To u ppl out there, If you all really want to be successful in life, study hard, plan for your own career...Singapore's society is too pratical you can never support a family without basic pay in future... You can say that I am narrow minded but no offence, it only my point of view....

i agree with Nil.. c'mon singapore is a paper chase society.. that company.. so long as you can earn money for them they will let u stay and try ways to let u stay, but if u don or u can't.. good bye, they will treat u as rubbish bin!
Some pple got high qualification but be waiter or whatsoever it's cos they don want to specialize in their area..
Fakies, that's what i can say about MLM companies! they see u can earn money.. suck up to you.. and say all those so cal one big family.. but all these.. hahaha, only idiots will believe!
One more thing, DW is NOT growing! though got so called car incentives but only few are on the road and it's turnover is less than $10 thousand few months back, u call this growing? my foot!!! hahahahaha :> -

If DW Group is not growing, why they can setup so many offices so fast? Not all cars on the road?
If i am the boss, i will also not let it on the road if all half payment or transaction not complete.
