  Launch of Vocational Licence Points System (VLPS) For Taxi Drivers
  The Land Transport Authority (LTA) will be implementing the Vocational Licence Points System (VLPS) for taxi drivers in June 2003.
  The VLPS is a revised disciplinary framework for investigation of complaints and discipline of taxi drivers who breach the rules of conduct.
