Anyone know what this Landmark Forum group is about? I have a friend who joined it a few months back. Thereafter he keep asking everyone around to join in. His approach is overly aggressive and it feels similar to MLM. He will use threat or fear to get people to join his Landmark Forum seminar. I wonder what ideas are they teaching in there which made him so aggressive...
I search in the forum on this group and there was an expired thread back in 2007. But I read about similar situation which they face.
Its just alot of talk and self help. Facing your problems and fears and its ur choice to tell everyone in the room. No notes given but u can take down. Overall i don't really advise you to waste ur time. I rather u go for Adam Khoo's class. More beneficial and interesting
.
if u do not have a good vibe about it, dont go into it
too bad u might lose a fren
oops. sorry for long reply. i was thinking sgforums might send me notification when there is a response to it. my mistake. thank you for adding it into the right thread - multi-level marketing.
i went online to find out more about it and got a few references below:

you are right that i will be losing a friend. i also started warning his circle of friends who got the same aggressive message about it. they were all equally surprised by what it is about. unlike typical MLM - Nuskin, etc, Landmark is quite new in Singapore context, so most of us still do not much about it. until someone in our circle of friends and relatives find out about it.
hope this is a good learning and sharing experience too.
Well, to TS (thread starter) if you like to send gain some inside details of how the introduction/preview talk is like, you can count on me.
over the years, i've visited over 20 mlm companies (some even repeated a few companies multiple times over the years for updates)..
2 years into such practise, i consider myself quite bullet-proof mentally and able to establish and make my own observations, and analyze the surroundings.
if you need insights, make an appointment for a presentation in their office (or their own playground) and let me scout the inside for you.
afterall the 2 links provided by mochi seems to be more like a cult which i have had similar training so i know what i'm doing..and gaining insights is definitely not recommended for newbies who are not experienced/trained to observe and provide a netural report afterwhich..
moreover the links have being posted for many years so there might be some changes (for better or for worse)
My Scouting Services are open to anybody who's keen to listen to my input.
hi the_fallen, thank you for your reply. i have replied with a personal message to you. you really sound very experience.
