Sunshine Empire Trial

Sunshine Empire is a defunct company, with all assets frozen by the Singapore Government, pending trial for running fraudulent trades and investment schemes. It was set up in 2006 as a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) company, based Singapore. The company is listed by the Singapore Government's Monetary Authority in its Investor's Alert List, for possibly running investment schemes without authority. Following months of investigation by the Commercial Affairs Department of the Singapore Police, Sunshine Empire's Directors will appear on trial at Singapore's Subordinate Courts in March 2009 for falsifying accounts, making false capital declarations and running a fraudulent trade. The company had gathered up to S$189 million in funds through investment schemes, alleged to have never materialised and in fact a Ponzi Scheme.

i've got some evidence against them but it's way before the SE started the gold, silver bronze package..

i was at the super pioneer stage whereby the first 2 phrase alone took 9 months to sell (much work to convince the top distributors of NTI into the idea) before phrase 3 onwards became selling like hot-cakes..

as for the news which i saw just now on channel U 9pm, they actually got a side web-site which they secretly pay to those who were in the distributors awaiting pay.. (sub-domain)

as for NOP - sad to say, thanks to product refunds, it ended in bankrupt from what i used to learn by watching the videos which james always shares in his opening training courses..which is why in the news articles, he took a portion of money as compensation for NOP. (such bad accounting practices..)

Sunshine Empire has finally fallen!

More interestingly, I just discovered something juicy:

Jarrod Luo, Honorary Secretary of Young Democrats (youth wing of Singapore Democratic Party), is involved in Sunshine Empire. He is involved with an online gambling business Forwin88.com, a project under Grand Elitia (a splinter company from Sunshine Empire).

Online gambling is illegal in Singapore and yet this political activist is involved in it.
