Actually, if VE is a MLM company, this got to be first time I heard of industrial attachment to MLM company.

They said they didn't sign an agreement with singapore poly that they have to give them the allowance, in the end the students went to check with the school and found out they lied.....
They "put aeroplane" on the school for 2 consecutive meetings and now the school has to send them a lawyer letter........
These people try to play words and mind games.....
Just becareful of this company.....their top management all smile smile look gentlemen but who knows what kind of face is hiding behind that mask...................
please.. we need more constructive discussion rather than deframatory statements as seen in other thread.. -

I read one of the post in the forums and read that some people were "victims" of this method
sad case man, when your friends get brainwashed it's hard to get them back
And if your relatives one fine sunday call you and ask if you're home and suddenly appear at your doorstep within 10 mins, you know you are another "victim", heh
That's how they teach us to target our friends and relatives and that's how the business managers became successful......
And the more deceptive part of them........
A few students left the company after 2 weeks without saying anything, but when the rest of the students confronted the business consultant about it, he lied that the students knew there was no allowance so they left, but when every student met up, they found out the truth.
The business consultant like to twist words, he keep telling his grandmother stories then two other business managers act as if they are very angry to scare off the students so as to make sure they dare not talk back.....then they continue to psycho one student by one student to make sure they don't call the school....but in the end they failed....
Company went to singapore poly to have a meeting, the business consultant told his grandmother stories to the head of industry centre and in the end, the head got quite pissed off......
The next meetings they failed to show up, and the head decided to send a lawyer letter to them.......
sorry for the long post but that's for now....

I am one of the students, and I believe speaking the truth is not called deframatory....
Some things are hard to swallow, when I first enter the company everyone was so nice, I was even thinking of working part time over there after attachment....
But when it came to the allowance, they start to show their ugly side and it was freaking ugly....The people are so hypocritic that it becomes disgusting, it's not that I want to flame MLM or any networking companies but sometimes man's greed, desire, lust are what is destroying the trust of people towards MLM companies.....
You don't know how much we trusted them in the first place, but I can only blame myself for being so gullible.....Just becareful of these people, if you work in this company you'd probably be having a good time as long as there's no financial issues with them, I guess. -
since you claim you are one of the students, that will even be better. please leave your name, nric, contact number and your poly class here and we will go to the company and claim what you claimed.

Hi Trion , i also heard that VE have over 20 poly attachment there , heard that only some of them stay , and alot of them get angry and left , can u share more about what happen over there in detail , which manager or consultant in charge the poly student ? Is VE really so bad that they no financial issues with them?? Some stayed because they bought the mattress and they started to have a big downline, if they left halfway they would be letting their friends down, because alot of them are really enthusiatic after the interview.
For the rest of us, we are sick of their lies and we don't really want to stay, since the top management is so deceptive...it doesn't worth it to the rest of us. Personally, I don't want to work together in a company with someone I hate.
NW_God, there will still be people joining the company and getting their BMWs in the end, it's just whether if you can accept their methods or have your own methods to succeed in there.
Some have succeeded in getting the car incentive by using their own methods, how long they took I don't know. Everybody can make it in network marketting even if your upline is thrash(somehow), it's all personal. There will always be a way you can walk into light.
As for me personally, I hate them to the core. They don't want to give us allowance just say it, don't have to make up lies and talk thrash so much. They delibrately play us out, how can I take it?
Sorry if none of these make sense, anger got the better part of me, because I put in too much trust into them and I got betrayed in the end.....

hmm..maybe i can conclude that you prefer the easy way of getting paid while doing nothing? thats why they ask you to leave instead? then its quite fair mah..
frankly, no company would want his employees to do nothing for the company and still getting paid. theres no free lunch in this world...i believe you will also think the same if on the company point of view.
its always easy to blame others..saying them telling lies or whatever.... but sometimes, its good to do a self reflection..and thats the most difficult part for you... -
Truthfully I do not know anything about VE.
As I said b4, if anyone join an unsuccessful company, I emphathise with him.
However, if you join a company which seems workable to me, I will ask two questions. Do you really follow the company system when selling products and sponsoring people? Secondly, did you put in the effort at your work as well as examine what goes wrong?
Many people proclaimed they have worked hard and earned peanuts, even if I found the company to be A OK. Of course, being human, who would have admit they were lazy, or they had gone wrong somewhere. It is always easier to blame company or industry.
Note, when Neontetra posted a thread on MLM destroying family life, everyone please go read what I posted. No use flogging a dead horse. Tendency is for everyone to blame others and act 'holier than thou'. Worse, people blame on MLM as business strategy. My friend used to say "people are alive, words are dead". We all can sit all day and flog dead horses (MLM), but lets self examine first before putting our foot in our mouth. -

Yes no company would want his employees to do nothing for the company and still get paid, but you should have seen what's going on in the company, people have tried to get appointments and we were sent to do a few surveys. They even promised to provide transportation, in the end we have to pay for our transportation fare (mrt).
Nearly everybody has done their part, advertising for the company and getting people to join in. I cannot say we put in alot of effort, but that's at least some effort put in. I am angry for the things we did and getting nothing in return. I just don't feel justified for all these.
We have done our part for the company, furthermore it's an attachment we are just asking for transportation fare back and nothing more, if that's too much to ask, then I have nothing more to say. Not everybody comes from a well off family, some people need every cent to survive. -
in the earlier posts, you are claiming for the full allowances... now you said you are claiming for only the transport fees... hmm...
frankly, even if you are in any company..the boss may anytime send you home if your performance is not good enough.
i also went through the ITP with SP before.. some of my friends also being sent home due to poor performance and attititude. -

No matter what company u r from, lets not backstab each other since it does no good to the industry.
Why this industry is getting worse is due to blacksheep among these companies. Jus take a look at the newspaper for the past one month, alot of articles is focusing on NETWORK MARKETING, and they also teaches us how to prevent from bad companies. if u wan to know, read the straits times forum on MLM and chinese lianhezhaobao on last sunday 18/01/04.
Most imptly, its not the money that counts. Some need money as their motivation, some need cars as their motivation, some need to sit down relax doing nothing to get money.. but there are some here to know more new friends, some here to learn the skills tat a real networker can attain eg public speaking and communication skills, and some here to gain general knowledge since it is an industry with people from all works of life.
