c if the gerl calls u again..
This MLM are really getting on everybody nerves..
They told me it was an attendance sheet for coming to the seminar and it was to prove to her seniors that she was doing her job. There were other names too but I dont know if it is real.
The penalty is if I don't buy their products that amounts to at least 3000 points, then i would be made to do so by legal means.
3000 points per 30 days.
How to find lawyer? I myself have no money.

u dont need to go to the lawyer because u do not know all those before hand.. before u signed
There is no way a MLM company can force someone to work de lar.. They r not consider employers thus u r not their employees. The so called contract is invalid. There's no way one can force another to attend seminars & sell things, even the licensed salesman dun kenna forced by their employers to sell. They sell it on their own will. MLM (or networking) company, shld by rite consider "my own biz" upon signin up.

how old are you?
if the thing looks more like an attendance sheet than a contract, and if you can prove that the contents in the contract has not to explain to you, and that you are led to believe that the thing you sign is an attendance sheet, and not a contract, than you will have a chance.
Go to police, make a police report and a statement. than show your police report to the woman to show them you are serious, and request for a copy of the contract.
Seems that VE is still using hard selling. No need to pity the agent since there is a malicious intent to trick u down and make u sign it.

TS said he's only 17 liao
Anyway... good method to do so...
It's definitely suspicious if the person who signs a contract is not given a copy of it.
