  If you are a Online Gamer, forget about SCV. It has too many Ping Spikes and Packet Loss resulting in extremely laggy game. Such latency may not be noticable if you just use it for normal surfing.
  
  I has been a user for more than a year and recently, when the problems occur, I seek assistance from the Technical Support of SCV. This problems persisted for 3 weeks without any probable cause or rectification in sight. I subsequently change to ADSL and is very please with the results. There are many gamers I know who face the same problems but because of contract obligation with SCV or advance payment made, couldn't change right now.

  PS. IMHO, SCV response is really bad. My current ADSL ISP provided very good response.
