Again huh?
What proof?
Aiyo, nvm. The proof I was referring to the 'over the counter' letter they were showing?
And that option 2 feels more like a double scam to me...
The plot thickens...
This is not the first time promised returns from SE's projects never appear. Last time there was a china project that James Phang ask everyone to put money into but the so called "lifetime profit sharing" also never materialised as well.
And in fact, that over the counter letter? It's also fake. SE is by now infamous for FAKING paperwork. All the wireless projects and malacca villa and property ventures are fake documentation what. So since they faked so many things already its not surprising that they would fake a letter from CAD. Since its not the first time they close up shop and blame others as well.
Anyone remember NOP?
They faked the whole wireless project and still dare to give the excuse of "private project". Fake Melaka Chief Minister's letter, etc... What's next? A fake statement saying SE's been cleared? James Phang is a sly person... whatever it is, he'll get his retribution one day. I wish he'll go to jail. Jail that cult father.

You referring to the 'magic kingdom' incident?
Any person who knows of James Phangs history, or researched into the companies he has owned and the 'projects' he has involved in will know. For over 10 years, James Phang has been in many many projects involving Singapore Malaysia, Indonesia and maybe China and HK.
ALL OF HIS PROJECTS HAVE FAILED. From NOP, to NTI, to China Dream, to now SE. All his products rep have been spoiled by him,
Selling niches in Lim Chu Kang Columbarium as "investment", anyone remember that? FAIL
Selling Country club membership in Batam for the non existant Magic Kingdom. FAIL
Before that peddling Pai Du Pills, which are now still being sold by Long Far. FAIL
Selling magnetic underwear Lumimi and trying to bring it to china. FAIL
Oxy8 skin products. $20 cost price, but because of MLM markup, sold for more than $200 per set. FAIL
Selling "crystals" from china, "Huo Shan Liu Li". EXACT SAME PRODUCT in chinatown square or pearl centre, $5.00. NTI price? $100 plus per piece. FAIL
NTI people will know this. MOURINTON COUNTRY CLUB. Poker tournament? I think he would have had better luck setting up a table in geylang lor 9. FAIL
Why did NTI MLM suddenly become "investment" plan? I suspect that was a knee jerk response to the other scam Swisscash that now disappeared already. Probably they were losing people to this "investment" plan, thats why they have to repackage their scheme and offer higher returns than them to attract "investors". But end up all people invest in invisible things also, all the things that never manifest, so now running out of money already.
SE. Enough Said. FAILURE IMMINENT
With this kind of track record, still boasting that he is better than Warren Buffet?
Jackie Hoo, left NUS (or maybe expelled?) to follow him, setting an example to many young people to defy their parents and leave school to follow him, Doesn't he feel guilty?
Kids are GIVING up their education in poly and NUS, and WASTING their parents hard-earned money in these SCHEMES. Irreparable HARM is being done to these young people who will eventually realise they are caught in a spiral because they HAVE no education and in the end no job prospects so will have to be like MLM zombies jumping from one scheme to the next.
Wow, you sure know alot about their history...
But isn't there such as saying? "Failure is the mother of Success", if you've never failed before, how'd you know what is success?
Currently I'm reading on self-upgrading books and I've to say, failure doesn't lead to death. Great leaders and inventors especially fails the mosts and worsts, but they still created something that changed all our lives in the end, when they finally succeeded.
Why not we all look at that side of MLM? Everything in this world is balanced by the good and bad, Yin and Yang, where you find light, you'll find darkness so why look only on the dark side?
Supposedly failure is the mother to success, but as far as I know, failure isnt the path to more failures that it can no longer be mother to success
ie, failure is the mother to success is so cliche
wow. you all so free to do so much research. did they really all fail?
oh? from NOP till now, how many succeed?
how many retain original or near original scheme structure?

It depends on what kind of failure and what you learn.
If you are learning to run better and more convincing scams, that's not necessarily a good thing. :p
